Non Hardy Succulents
We call them tender succulents or “Indoor Succulents”. They are not winter hardy – evolving in warm places on the planet and thus never adapting to freezing cold. You can put then in a garden as a summer accent – but they won’t survive the winter. That said – Most are perfect as indoor plants!
They tend to be small in nature – which is great ! Place them in a sunny windowsill and watch them grow! As long as you let the soil dry out between watering it’s as easy as pie ! They need fertilizer once or twice a year. Most get no bugs or disease. WHAT IS NOT TO LOVE !
There is huge amount to choose from – so many that I am not including any cactus, Euphorbea, or air plants in my list. I have placed them alphabetically by Genus and put in pictures when available.
