Dave joined Plant Specialists in 2012 and brings a wide range of experience to the firm. From maintaining gardens at an early age to planning residential communities, Dave has worked on many different facets of the landscape design industry. Dave graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland in 2004 and studied sustainable design and planning in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
The desire to bring more green space into the urban environment is what brought Dave to NYC. He believes that being surrounding by plants and greenery can enrich peoples’ lives and bring a sense of calm to an otherwise hectic lifestyle. Dave is a certified LEED Green Associate.
